Welcome to Us Time. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Tabmega LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Us Time mobile application ("App").
The App is owned and operated by Tabmega LLC, a business registered in the United States and located at 2108 N ST STE N, Sacramento, CA 95816 USA.
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
You agree not to use the App to post or share content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You may post or upload content (text, images, etc.) through the App. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and share your content in connection with the App's operation.
The App may offer paid subscription plans. Prices and features will be listed in the App. Payment will be charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device settings.
The Us Time App is designed to support healthy relationships and provide tools for self-reflection and communication. However, it is not intended to replace professional mental health treatment, medical care, or counseling. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that the content, features, and insights offered are for informational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for licensed therapy, psychiatric care, or other medical advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from use of the App, and any actions you take based on content from the App are your responsibility. If you are experiencing mental health issues or medical concerns, we strongly encourage you to seek help from a qualified professional.
We may offer promotional events, contests, or sweepstakes. These are governed by additional rules and terms, which will be presented at the time of the promotion.
All content, trademarks, graphics, and branding provided by Tabmega LLC (including the "Us Time" name and logo) are our exclusive property and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without written permission.
If you provide us with suggestions or feedback, you agree that we may use it without compensation, acknowledgment, or restriction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabmega LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts located in California for any legal matter arising from your use of the App.
Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
